During the last month, I traveled to various areas of Florida, from major cities to rural areas - Crescent City, Macclenny, Tampa, St. Petersburg and Cocoa.
In all those places, the price of gas was anywhere from 4 cents to 10 cents cheaper per gallon than the people of Melbourne are charged. I began to wonder, why?
If anyone can enlighten me as to why, other than greed, we are getting ripped off and paying more for our gas than others are paying all over the state, I would appreciate it.
